Nita was an amazing chef and cook who enjoyed the challenge of creating new recipes and making time-honored Italian dishes.
Among favorite memories included the many trips she took with her husband, Russ.
Her absolutely favorite place in the world was Disneyland. She dreamed of having a family trip there with her grandsons.
She could always be seen doting on her boys from the day they were born.
When they were very small, she quit her job to take care of them while both of her daughters went to college.
Hosting family gatherings made her life special. Everyone was always amazed at the huge spreads she would provide- everything and anything you could want. Always there were whole tables of appetizers and desserts. But the most important people to her at the table were her family.
